General
- DuelGP is for entertainment purposes only.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to access any service offered by DuelGP.
- Any gold obtained through playing games hosted by DuelGP is understood to be for increasing in-game wealth only.
- Any other use of the gold attempted or realized is outside of the accepted Terms of Service and will lead to immediate termination of your DuelGP profile and forfeiture of any current balance that is held.
- DuelGP assumes no liability for any loss whether monetary or virtual.
- It is your responsibility as a user of DuelGP to read the Terms of Service before accessing the site on each visit.
- Your DuelGP Wallet balance is only a placeholder and only represents the current value of gp we are holding on your behalf.
- All bets and transactions are final.
- If using DuelGP is illegal for you in your jurisdiction, you are forbidden from using the site.
- If you do not agree to any of our Terms of Service, it is your responsibility to leave DuelGP.
- You can’t use the DuelGP wallet as a bank to store GP during Ban hours and then withdraw it later. This includes playing low-house-edge games like baccarat, roulette, and similar games to break even and cash out. If your account is suspected of this behavior, we will conduct an investigation to determine if you are using DuelGP as a bank or mule. Any violation will result in the immediate suspension of your DuelGP account, and your funds will be withheld.
Withdraw Requirements
- You cannot withdraw or tip unless you have deposited at least $10
- You cannot withdraw unless you have met the wager requirement shown in your profile.
- Depositing will increase your wager requirement by twice the amount credited.
- Receiving tips will increase your wager requirement by the same amount credited.
- Claiming a Sign-Up Bonus will increase your wager requirement by 5x the value of the promotion.
- Claiming a giveaway will increase your wager requirement by the value of the promotion.
- Activating a bonus will increase your wager requirement by the value of the promotion.
Multi Accounts
- You can sign up (register) and use only one Account on the Website.
- Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer or device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device we must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders in advance.
- If you sign up or attempt to register more than one Account, for whatever reason, we may block or close any or all of your Accounts at our discretion.
- If we block your IP address, you agree not to implement any measure to obtain access to the website, such as using a VPN service or other masking effort.
Giveaways
- If you are found to not have the correct requirements for a giveaway, you may have the reward revoked
- If you are found to be wager abusing to claim any giveaway/race/bonus, you may have the reward revoked
Code of Conduct
- Do not grief or harass people, and do not bully or crybully users/site staff. We are all here to have fun and get along.
- Cooperate with moderators and admins.
- Do not steal or scam.
- Do not post spam or offensive messages.
- Help other users (especially when they're new) find things on the site and help them get settled in.
- Rather than fight with someone you don't get along with, use the /ignore chat command to ignore them.
- We do not allow the selling of anything via DuelGP. DuelGP is not a trading site.
- Do not publish personally identifiable information about yourself or other DuelGP users.
Defect Policy
- If you discover any bug or technical problem in DuelGP, please report it.
- If you believe your game had a bug or malfunction, you have 2 weeks to report the malfunction, or it is considered void for a refund.
- Depending on the severity of the bug, you may be eligible for a bug bounty.
- When addressing a potential problem, we have a strict policy of only acting on evidence. For this purpose, we log all user activities.
- If your bug report cannot be reproduced and cannot be corroborated by our internal data, we require screenshots or other means to diagnose the problem.
- If a bug report is directly contradicted by our data logs, it will not be accepted.
- While we do appreciate users writing in with ideas for improvements and new features occasionally, there is no obligation for us to take you up on that idea, nor are you entitled to a reward for the idea, nor can you claim ownership of the idea.
DuelGP Privacy Policy
- We do not share your information with any 3rd parties. We may, however, use 3rd-party analytics software to improve our service.
- All information collected and stored by DuelGP is used only by DuelGP. Any breach of security will be disclosed, and users affected will be made aware.
- We keep detailed log files of all user activities for about two months, for the purposes of fraud detection and the improvement of the service.
